This study examines the extraction of beryllium and aluminium from a Nigerian beryl ore using Cyanex®272 in kerosene from an aqueous sulphate pregnant solution. Parameters such as extractant concentration and equilibrium pH that dictates the extraction yield were studied. Under the following conditions: temperature 27?±?2°C, phase ratio 1?1, about 45.50 and 46.76% of beryllium and aluminium were extracted by 0.15?mol?L?1 Cyanex®272 concentration within 30?min. However, the extraction yield of beryllium and aluminium was increased to 91.68% and 97.89% at equilibrium pH of 3 and 4, respectively, for beryllium and aluminium at 27?±?2°C. A 0.05?mol?L?1 H2SO4 solution was found to be adequate for the stripping of about 99.00% Be and 95.40% Al from the loaded organic phase. The pure solutions containing metal ions were accordingly beneficiated to obtain beryllium and aluminium compounds of industrial values. 相似文献

Oil from skipjack tuna (ST) eyeballs is extracted by the wet rendering method at 121 °C for different holding times (5–60 min) using an autoclave. Yield increases as heating time increases up to 20 min (p < 0.05); no further increase is obtained with a longer heating time (p > 0.05). Conversely, acid value and total polar compounds increase. However, peroxide value (PV), thiobarbituric acid reactive substances, and anisidine value (AnV) decrease up to 30 min. No changes in unsaponifiable matter (UM) or conjugated diene (CD) are attained, regardless of heating time. Polar components (PC) increase with heating time (p < 0.05). All oil samples have a high polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) content (40.46–41.00%), with monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and saturated fatty acids (SFA) in the range of 20.94–21.26% and 37.77–38.45%, respectively. PUFA content is reduced slightly with a heating time of 60 min. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (C22:6, n3) is the dominant fatty acid in all samples (31.67–32.24%). Based on FTIR spectra, heating for longer time results in lower intensity at wavenumbers of 3015 and 1740 cm?1. Thus, light yellow oil from ST eyeballs prepared by a green process for an appropriate time can serve as an excellent source of DHA and other PUFA. Practical Applications: Tuna oil is known to be a rich source of DHA and PUFA with health benefits. However, precooked tuna heads, generally used as raw material, yield oils with a very dark color and offensive odor, which require several refinery processes. To reduce the number of steps in the refinery process, tuna eyeballs which are separated from tuna heads can render higher quality fish oil. Incorporating spent coffee grounds (SCGs), a by‐product from coffee brewing, in growth substrate of beneficial edible mushrooms is an approach that has to be further studied due to its potential positive outcomes: environmental impact mitigation, production costs reduction and beneficial impact on consumer health. Hence, cultivation of Pleurotus citrinopileatus and Pleurotus salmoneo‐stramineus was tested using SCG which enabled maximum production yield of P. citrinopileatus which was of 25.1% (w/w). Variable antidiabetic potential was observed between aqueous and enzymatic extracts (3.8%–29% inhibition) regardless species and substrates, whereas aqueous extract of P. citrinopileatus grown in substrate without SCG stood out presenting the highest antioxidant activity and inhibition activity of angiotensin I‐converting enzyme (IC50 = 123 μg mL?1). Ethanolic and aqueous extracts of both Pleurotus species grown in the presence or absence of SGC proved to be an interesting prebiotic source for growth of Bifidobacterium animalis Bo in comparison with fructooligosaccharides (FOS). 相似文献

为研究煤层软、硬分层吸附瓦斯性能差异性及其对瓦斯赋存的影响,分析了煤层内软分层的形成机理及结构特征,采集了我国多个煤与瓦斯突出矿井的煤样作为试验对象,应用高压容量法开展了软、硬分层煤样吸附瓦斯性能参数的对比试验,探讨了软煤、硬煤吸附性能的差异性。在此基础上,对煤层软、硬分层吸附瓦斯性能差异性与瓦斯赋存特征之间的关联进行了研究,结果表明:试验煤样软分层的极限吸附量均大于硬分层;随着瓦斯压力的增加,试验煤样软、硬分层瓦斯含量的差值逐渐增大,其曲线的变化特征与Langmuir方程类似,并且软、硬分层瓦斯含量数值的差异主要由吸附量差值构成;煤层软、硬分层吸附瓦斯性能的差异不仅对煤层原始瓦斯赋存特征有着显著的影响,同时还将影响煤巷掘进、瓦斯抽采过程中煤体内瓦斯流场的分布规律,需要根据煤层软、硬分层的组合特点,制订切实有效的瓦斯抽采技术方案。 相似文献

Unreliable mobility values, and particularly greatly overestimated values and severely distorted temperature dependences, have recently hampered the development of the organic transistor field. Given that organic field‐effect transistors (OFETs) have been routinely used to evaluate mobility, precise parameter extraction using the electrical properties of OFETs is thus of primary importance. This review examines the origins of the various mobilities that must be determined for OFET applications, the relevant extraction methods, and the data selection limitations, which help in avoiding conceptual errors during mobility extraction. For increased precision, the review also discusses device fabrication considerations, calibration of both the specific gate‐dielectric capacitance and the threshold voltage, the contact effects, and the bias and temperature dependences, which must actually be handled with great care but have mostly been overlooked to date. This review serves as a systematic overview of the OFET mobility extraction process to ensure high precision and will also aid in improving future research. 相似文献

目的采用正交法优化柿果皮中总三萜酸的超声提取工艺。方法以"牛心柿"柿果皮为原料,利用紫外分光光度计法测定柿果皮中总三萜酸的含量,并从提取溶剂选择及其浓度、料液比、超声时间和温度等方面,通过单因素实验和正交试验确定超声提取柿果皮总三萜酸的最佳条件。结果最佳超声提取工艺为:在超声功率240 W的前提下,提取溶剂为75%(V/V)的乙醇、料液比1:15(m/V)、时间45 min、温度50℃。在此条件下,柿果皮总三萜得率最高可达39.33mg/g。结论优化后的方法简单、快速、准确、提取率高,适合提取柿果皮的总三萜酸。 相似文献
